Periods
This sheet defines the 12 periods you want to analyse. Each period must have a title, start date, end date and actual/forecast flag identified. Set the dates once a year then change the actual/forecast flag at the end of each month. You can choose any period you want for the start and end dates. You may want to use calendar months or if you are always paid by your employer on the same date each month you may want to start each period on this date. It is important that there are no gaps in the periods selected (e.g. the second month must start exactly the day after the end of the first month). The actual/forecast flag is important. The system will use this to identify periods that contain actual figures and periods that you only have plan information for.
